Candida diet and Raw food together?



Yes, it sounds really strange.
In theory, if you eat raw foods, it's impossible to have too much candida in your body.
But if you break your raw food diet like me, it happens...
:-(

So:
If I combine these two diets, or lifestyle and diet, I have to eat:
celery
turnips
lettuce
cucumber
carrots
spinach
green peppers
tomatoes
parsley
radish
beetroot
asparagus
Eggplant (raw eggplant is a little weird to me)
Buckwheat (God bless Gitta ! "I am saved!")
cold-pressed oils

Oh, and the only fruit! "
pineapple

There are a couple, but they are brassicas, legumes or onions... Well...I think it is worth to eat them only in moderation.
cauliflower
broccoli
onion
white cabbage
red cabbage
Brussels sprouts

I can eat later:
peas (another legume)
corn (difficult to digest ...)

And the fruits:
Nectarin (It's my favorite food in the world !!!!)
bananas
grapes
apple
pears
cherry
avocado (fruit?)

Of course, there are still the greens and spices.

Well ... I should eat like this. :-)

I'm Back!!!

Happy New Year for Everyone !!!!!

I didn't write a post since november, I know it was a long time... sorry.
But I'm back and ready for new raw recipes!!! I have to admit that nowadays I eat warm soups and cooked vegetables, but it't winter time and the weather is cold for me... I'm waiting for spring and new, fress vegetables! Till then I sprout and planning delicious, new recipes. These days my main meal is apple and carrots. It's easy and my skin loves Vitamin-A !! :-)
Next time I will load some photos and fantastic raw food dishes!!!

Broccoli Tomato Buckwheat

buckwheat

celery
pepper
olive oil
lemon juice

Vegetable Dip On Dill Cabbage Bed


Ingredients for dip:
1 white pepper
1 red pepper
1T dill
1 big turnip (seems like a white carrot)
sea salt
olive oil

For the Bed:
1,5 cup cabbage
olive oil
1T dill
